This is an exploration in redesigning the American dollar to function less as the perpetuator of a static, unilateral, national identity that it currently is, but as a reflection of contemporary ideologies of mass individualism. Using only text and objects already present on the American dollar, the base is simply a compositional reconfiguration. Then, these bills explore what currency might look like if users stamped bills at each transaction. Bumper stickers were the basis of this study.
